Booking And Inquiries
The Avani WhatsApp booking line will take and handle all appointments. This ensures that inquiries are addressed personally and responded to within working hours. After your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation text with the time, date, and location of your appointment.
Deposits will be taken to confirm your appointment through a secure payment link. These are non-refundable/non-transferable and account for 30% of the total payment. They will be subtracted from your final bill.
We have a strict cancellation policy in place to guarantee that both ourselves and our clients have a pleasant experience. We will allow you to alter your appointment to any day within a four-week period if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours.
Same day cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit and, although we understand emergencies can happen, any no shows can also result in a loss of your deposit. No shows can also be refused future service. Please be sure to leave early enough to arrive at your appointment on time.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling sick or ill. We want to ensure we are protecting both our staff and other customers.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay, and AmericanExpress as payment methods. Cash is preferable.
