Deposits


All appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

A deposit must be made in order to confirm your appointment. 

 

Cancellation Policy

We greatly appreciate the value of your time and we appreciate the same courtesy. We have a strict cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. If you cancel same day of your scheduled appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.

Although we do understand that emergencies happen, ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS can no longer make appointments and will be blocked from the booking system and will pay 100% of service total. Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive at your appointment on time (take consideration of potential traffic).


Fees

Late Arrival Policy

There is a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes has been exceeded; a late fee of $50 will be applied to your remaining service balance. After 15 minutes has past, without checking in to your appointment, your appointment is now cancelled.

Please mindful when you book your in-person or virtual consultation. Please be on time in person/virtual. Consultations that were had over a year ago are considered expired. You will need to book a new consultation in this case.

All color and extension services require a consultation prior to booking. Consultation must be compleated prior to booking an appointment to be serviced. If you miss your scheduled consultation appointment, you are required to book another consultation. Fees are not transferrable.

With the exception of clients traveling outside of Georgia, a virtual consultation is required to book.

The First Class Service Experience

Please fill out the form below to request The First Class Service Experience. The First Class Service Experience allows clients to book last minute appointments at a fee. This is a request, final approval will be determined if your desired date fits within our availability. Please allow 48 hours response time to your request.

 

COVID-19 Policy

Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling sick or ill. We take the highest precautions to not only keep our staff, but other guests in the salon safe and healthy.

Extra Guests/Child Policy

To ensure that all guests receiving services have best experience while in the salon, children and extra guests are not allowed.

How to Prepare for your appointment

A confirmation email and text will be sent immediately after you book your appointment that will tell you the time, date, and location of your appointment. 

In preparation of color service please come without with any heavy products in your hair. i.e. gel, firm hold hairspray or edge control paste. Your hair should be free of glue, product, oil, and any heavy buildup from braids, wigs, etc. Also please come with hair throughly detangled for all services.

Payment Method

The remaining balance will be accepted via Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress. Cash is preferred.
